NPH has contributed to the growth of the Non Profit and Co-operative Housing Sectors by developing 2,700 units from 1978 to the mid 1990's. Most recently has assisted two supportive housing providers and one private sector developer to develop units under the Canada Ontario Affordable Housing Program.
NPH provides Property Management Services to both Federally and Provincially Funded Housing Providers throughout the Niagara, Hamilton and Burlington areas.
