Housing Development Services

From 1979 until 1993 NPH provided development consultant services to over 30 Boards of Directors, resulting in the creation of over 2,700 units of non-profit, co-operative and supportive housing in the Niagara and Hamilton regions. Click here for a list of these development clients.

Since 2005 NPH has provided development services to private sector companies non-profit and supportive housing groups to develop under the Canada-Ontario Affordable Housing Program. Click here for a list of these development clients.

Our services include:

• feasibility study
• business plan development
• site selection and negotiation
• submission to CMHC for SEED funding
• submission to Service Managers for the Canada-Ontario Affordable Housing Program funding
• liaison with the architect and all levels of government
