Temporary Services

NPH offers a wide range of temporary services to housing boards and private sector companies. These contracts typically are short-term contracts while housing providers staff are off an extended leave, or the provider is in transition between staff. Services are negotiated on an as-need basis and fees are structured according to the service provided. A regular report is made to the board/company.

Services include:

  • Human resources professional development

  • Collections

  • Marketing

  • Annual rent geared to income (RGI) calculations

  • Administration and financial management

  • Budget planning and support

  • Arrears collections

  • Subsidy calculations

  • Development of long range maintenance plans and reports

  • Maintenance

  • Organizational review and assistance with governance issues

  • Provide reporting to the boards and attend meetings through NPH's standard monthly reporting package
