NPH Repair Services (NPHRS)

Our full-service package that assists clients to get the most from their maintenance budgets.

  • work order co-ordination
  • advice on maintenance policies and procedures
  • budgeting:
    • operating and capital
  • Access to the NPH list of discount trades and suppliers
  • reliable tracking and reporting of all maintenance activities
  • record keeping and filing support
  • creation of an annual maintenance calendar and schedule
  • contracted Handy Person Services
    • NPH will provide a qualified Handy Person to work at your non-profit or co-op for a fixed number of hours each week. Our Handy Person will be skilled in general maintenance and repair work, will be certified in WHIMIS and have all the necessary Worker Comp requirements
    • hours can vary according to your needs and budget. This service relieves the housing provider of the responsibilities of being an employer to maintenance staff
  • emergency after-hours response and service
